Abstract:

The related simulation, identification and optimization problems in technological development and product quality control in the metallurgical mini-plant are considered. It is shown that the success in decision of such problems is highly dependent on the choused method for aggregating local quality criteria to the generalized one. Mathematical tools of fuzzy sets theory were used to describe the local criteria. The two stage approach is used to obtain the regression form models suitable for their using in solving multi-objective optimization problems in fuzzy setting. To illustrate the effectiveness of proposed approach, two examples of successful solved interconnect simulation and optimization problems in the real metallurgical mini-plant are presented.
