Abstract:
The problem of the simulation of rheological properties of metals is considered at numerical modeling processes of profile extrusion with high extrusion ratio. The existing ways of the mathematical description of rheological properties of metal at extrusion are limited with maximum achievable values at deformation tests and opportunity of the account of dynamic processes of hardening and recovery. The laws of development of dislocation density as factor determining rheological properties of an alloy at extrusion are using as possible alternative. The integration of received rheological equations in mathematical model three-dimensional forming of metal is executed at extrusion, based on a finite element method. The advantages of offered models are shown with reference to tasks of extrusion of profiles.
